Previously, travelers who dread the tedious process of booking were left with no choice but to contact a travel agent. When airlines and hotels around the world found out that they can cut the process short for travelers through online booking, the travel agency industry suddenly went into limbo. That was only temporary, however. Statistics now show that travel agents are reclaiming the trust of travelers everywhere.
